Especially now amid a challenging landscape marked by looming funding cuts and seeming shrinking federal support for safety net care for our most vulnerable neighbors.
Doing justice in healthcare means ensuring everyone has fair and equitable access to quality care, treatment, and resources, regardless of their background, while also upholding human dignity and promoting health for all. It involves addressing the underlying social, economic, and structural factors that create health inequities and requires a commitment to impartial decision-making, respectful interactions, and patient involvement in their own care
