Your gift especially impacts the patients who seem most invisible. We are still doing COVID-19 testing and vaccinations. We are sending five street medicine teams out weekly to reach the unhoused. We are conducting telemedicine visits to patients unable to come to the office. We are doing more mental health counseling than ever before. We are providing intensive case management to chronically homeless individuals and those that are recently housed. And we are seeing more and more medical, dental, and optometry patients in person at our clinics as the COVID restrictions gradually begin to lessen.
